These organizations are responsible for supporting the studies and contributing to a new cycle of economic growth in the state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cThe decree is the step that turns intention into commitment. With Parklog Sul Capixaba formally established, the region now has structure, governance, and a concrete plan to compete at a higher level\u201d<\/em>, said the Governor Ricardo Ferra\u00e7o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parklog Sul aims to structure a long-term development plan for the region between Anchieta and Presidente Kennedy, with a focus on territorial logistics planning, strengthening productive chains, and creating an enabling environment for industrial and energy development. Key sectors with strong growth potential include oil and gas, ornamental stones, energy, and related industrial activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is based on a multimodal integration approach, connecting port, energy, rail, road, and airport infrastructure. Key integration assets include Porto Central in Presidente Kennedy, Port of Ubu in Anchieta, the EF-118 (East Arc Corridor) and EF-352 railway corridors, as well as regional airport connections such as the new Aeroporto de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, in addition to the existing logistics network in the state.
