[:pb]O Porto Central foi habilitado pela Receita Federal do Brasil atrav\u00e9s do Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo para operar no Regime Especial de Incentivos para o Desenvolvimento da Infraestrutura (REIDI).<\/p>\n
O REIDI \u00e9 um incentivo fiscal instituido pela Lei n\u00ba 11.488\/2007 e regulamentado pelo Decreto n\u00ba 6.144\/2007 que suspende a incid\u00eancia de PIS e COFINS sobre bens ou servi\u00e7os destinados ao ativo imobilizado da empresa na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de obras de infraestrutura nos setores de transportes, portos, energia, saneamento b\u00e1sico e irriga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
O benef\u00edcio do REIDI permite a suspens\u00e3o na incid\u00eancia de certos impostos nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, importa\u00e7\u00e3o e loca\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas, equipamentos, materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, e servi\u00e7os, pelo prazo de cinco anos, e ser\u00e1 aplicado nas obras de constru\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura portu\u00e1ria do Porto Central.<\/p>\n
A suspens\u00e3o converte-se em al\u00edquota zero ap\u00f3s a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o ou utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos respectivos bens e servi\u00e7os adquiridos, importados ou locados ao amparo do REIDI na infraestrutura portu\u00e1ria do Porto Central.[:en]Porto Central was qualified by the Federal Revenue of Brazil through Executive Declaratory Act to operate under the Special Incentive Regime for Infrastructure Development (REIDI).<\/p>\n
REIDI is a tax incentive instituted by Law n\u00ba 11.488\/2007 and regulated by Decree n\u00ba 6.144\/2007 that suspends the levy of PIS and COFINS on goods or services destined to the company’s fixed assets in the implementation of infrastructure works in the sectors of transport, ports, energy, basic sanitation and irrigation.<\/p>\n
The benefit of REIDI allows the suspension of the incidence of certain taxes on operations related to the acquisition, import and rental of machinery, equipment, construction materials, and services, for a period of five years, and will be applied in the construction works of the port infrastructure of Porto Central.<\/p>\n
