Activity reinforced the importance of safety and health in the workplace.

Porto Central held an Internal Week for the Prevention of Workplace Accidents (known in Brazil as SIPAT), dedicated to professionals involved in the construction and operations of the project. The initiative aimed to strengthen the culture of safety, prevention, and well-being in the workplace.

Throughout the week, participants took part in educational lectures, interactive activities, and a quiz that tested and expanded their knowledge on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), accident prevention, ergonomics, and best safety practices.

The program contributed to strengthening team integration, encouraging the exchange of experiences and collective engagement.

The active participation of workers reinforces Porto Central’s commitment to safety, health, and the development of an increasingly responsible and collaborative work environment.

What is SIPAT?

SIPAT is an annual initiative organized by Internal Commissions for Accident Prevention (CIPA), focused on raising workers’ awareness about physical and mental health, safety, and collective responsibility in daily work routines.
